Pokémon Champions, the game designed as the home of competitive Pokémon, will feature a vast roster of creatures to pick from.
But it won't feature every Pokémon. Whether it's recruited in-game or brought over from Pokémon Home, only a selection of the 1000+ creatures available will appear, most of which are competitive final-stage evolutions.
To help you prepare your Pokémon Home collection ahead of the 8th April release date, here's the confirmed Pokémon Champions roster so far.
Latest update (27th March): Added images in tables for the Pokémon Champions roster.
How was this Pokémon Champions list sourced?
This list was sourced by reviewing the 24th March overview trailer, the official website, and the 25th March previews (such as by VGC, both written and video). I have purposely not included anything from media prior to these dates since it's possible the roster has changed since they were released. If I've missed anything you can verify from in-game screenshots or official articles, please let me know over email, on Bluesky, or in the comments.
How many Pokémon are confirmed for Pokémon Champions so far?
A total of 107 Pokémon have been confirmed for Pokémon Champions ahead of launch, based on the following researched list.
It's likely they will be more in the actual game itself - including the implied list at the end of this article - and more will almost certainly be added over time.
Additional notes on what's included (or specifically, not included):
- For Pokémon with multiple regional forms (i.e. Alolan, Hisuian), I've only included those which are actually confirmed. While it's possible all forms of a given Pokémon are available, since the only Pokémon with multiple forms I've spotted to be in the game are Samurott and Rotom, it's possible these are exceptions.
- Pokémon Champions appears to only feature specific single stage or final stage evolution Pokémon, and while the full evolution line for a given Pokémon could feature, this doesn't appear to be the case based on the media released so far. The only exception here is Pikachu, but that's likely because, as the series mascot, Pikachu gets special treatment.
- Mega Evolutions are confirmed, and while it appears that if the base Pokémon appears so will its Mega Evolution, I've been cautious and only included what I've actually been able to verify so far.
- No legendaries, mythicals, Ultra Beasts or Paradox Pokémon are part of the roster (yet).

Implied Pokémon coming to Pokémon Champions
Here are some additional Pokémon not in the above list that are heavily implied, but aren't included as they aren't fully confirmed just yet. They are:
- Klefki, Ditto, and regular / Alolan Decidueye, based on this menu screenshot from the overview trailer:

- All Eevee evolutions, based on the appearance of Flareon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon and Syveon.
- All Rotom forms, based on the normal and Heat forms appearing.
- Finally, based on the number of Mega Stones featured in the in-game store, it's likely all Pokémon with Mega Evolution will feature - but again, I've only included those which have been confirmed in the roster list.
That's it for now - I'll update this list as we approach launch for any other sightings, and bring it up to speed from launch with the final list of confirmations.
