Secret Quest Day 1: The Pride of Queens is a questline introduced on 17th September as part of Monster Hunter Now's 3rd Anniversary event.
The quest type does something new: it tasks you with hunting a certain monster, but with only a cryptic clue to help you work out what it is.

Secret Quest Day 1: The Pride of Queens puzzle solution
In order to complete Secret Quest Day 1 and solve 'The Pride of Queens' puzzle, you must track down and defeat a Rathian.
If you're not in the Forest, Desert or Volcano habitats where Rathian can naturally spawn, you can use the Tracker feature (found within the Paintballs menu) to encounter one after slaying the required number of monsters.
Once done, you're then rewarded 1x Tracker Scope, 3x 3rd Anniversary Exchange Tokens, 3x, 50 Season Tier Points and 100 HRP.
