Pokémon Go will adjust several Daily Discoveries events during the 'Forever Forward' season, developer Niantic has announced.

Two events from the current schedule, Double-Time Sunday and Fast-Track Monday, will be dropped, and a new event - Scenic Sunday, which will boost wild and Incense spawns on Routes - will be introduced.

Elsewhere, Showcase Tuesday will allow players to enter up to five PokéStop Showcases.

All other events during the week will remain the same, though Niantic has noted that "Daily Discoveries may change as we experiment with how to make the best experience".

Introduced during the 'Memories in Motion' season in March, Daily Discoveries is an initiative to give players a different activity for each day of the week. It has lead to a number of significant changes to Pokémon Go staples, including the removal of Tuesday's Spotlight Hour, weekend events only taking place on a Saturday, and Max Monday reducing Power Spot availability throughout the week.

The 'Forever Forward' season will run between Tuesday, 2nd June to Tuesday, 8th September, and will feature a number of Go Fest events, Pokémon Go's 10th anniversary celebrations, the introduction of Mega Mewtwo for all players, and Mega Raichu X and Mega Raichu Y in Super Mega Raids.
