Pokémon Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drops grant a number of items for simply tuning into a stream for less than an hour on Sunday, 7th June, 2026.
The items - which include 50 Ultra Balls, a Rare Candy XL and a Star Piece - will be granted by watching the official Pokémon Go Twitch account for 45 minutes, provided you've connected your accounts correctly.
This guide explains the requirements to claim the Pokémon Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drops, the end time, some troubleshooting tips, and the Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drop rewards in question.
How to get Pokémon Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drops
To get the Pokémon Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drops, you must do the following:
- Connect your Pokémon Trainer Central account to your Twitch account
- Watch the official Pokémon Go Twitch stream for 45 minutes
- Activate the reward in your Twitch inventory
- Visit the Pokémon Trainer Central website to get the code
Once done, you then redeem the code on the official Pokémon Go website to get the items.

If the above is not working, try the following:
- Make sure your Pokémon Trainer Central account is connected to your Twitch account. This is essential for it to work.
- If the watch time counter isn't increasing, make sure the Twitch streaming is playing properly - in my experience, it paused occasionally, especially if you leave it idle.
- If you don't get a code in Twitch, that's expected - the code itself is on the Pokémon Trainer Central website as linked above, which is unlocked by watching on Twitch first.
- Make sure you have watched when the stream is active - the end times are at the end of this article.
Pokémon Go Fest Chicago Twitch Drops rewards
Once the above is complete and have redeemed the code, you'll receive the following Twitch rewards in-game:
- 50 Poké Balls
- 50 Great Balls
- 50 Ultra Balls
- 1 Rare Candy XL
- 1 Star Piece
- 1 Incense
- 1 Lucky Egg
To confirm, there is no Timed Research or Special Research reward in Pokémon Go - you simply get the above items straight away.
