Gimmighoul holding a 10th Anniversary Coin, a costumed version of the Gen 9 Ghost-type Pokémon, has debuted in Pokémon Go as part of July 2026's '10th Anniversary Party' event.

Similar to last year's 9th Anniversary costume, it can be found from multiple sources, including a Timed Research Ticket and the Coin Bag feature. This year, however, the opportunity lasts throughout July to keep the 10th Anniversary celebrations going.

This page explains how to get 10th Anniversary Coin Gimmighoul in Pokémon Go before and after the event wraps on Monday, 6th July at 8pm.

How to get 10th Anniversary Gimmighoul in Pokémon Go's '10th Anniversary Party' event

There are multiple confirmed ways to get a Gimmighoul holding a 10th Anniversary Coin during the '10th Anniversary Party' event and throughout July:

Can 10th Anniversary Coin Gimmighoul in Pokémon Go be shiny?

Correct - as with regular Gimmighoul, and last year's 9th Anniversary Coin Gimmighoul costume, the 10th Anniversary Coin Gimmighoul can be shiny.

A note: the event post suggests the shiny event Gimmighoul will appear from using Coin Bags, Golden Lure Modules and from July's monthly Go Pass rewards, but not from the '10th Anniversary Party' Timed Research ticket - though it's possible it might be a case of unclear wording. (If you do get one from the ticket, do let me know!)

Best of luck with your Gimmighoul search this month!
