'Road of Legends' is a week-long event building up to Pokémon Go Fest: Global on Saturday, 11th July and Sunday, 12th July.

Running between Monday, 6th July and Friday, 10th July (midnight to midnight local time), and designed to celebrate the game's 10th Anniversary, the draw of the 'Road of Legends' event is a chance to revisit all previously released raid Pokémon, day-by-day.

There's also 'Road of Legends' Go Pass, which includes a Lucky Trinket and more on the free track, while the Deluxe track features a Gold Bottle Cap, Mewtwo with a Special Background encounter, 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance, additional XP, Candy and XL Candy from raids and more.

Beyond that, there's also new Special Backgrounds for certain Pokémon, Egg Pool changes, the ability to Elite TM certain Adventure Effects, and event bonuses to take advantage of. So here's everything coming to Pokémon Go as part of the 'Road of Legends' event, from the raid schedule to raid hour times, plus the Egg Pool and event bonuses.

'Road of Legends' raid schedule

Here's what raids are taking place during the 'Road of Legends' event in Pokémon Go, day-by-day.

If you want to also weigh it up against other events in the week (Max Monday and more) our Pokémon Go newsletter with a guide to the week ahead can help.

Important notes about 'Road of Legends' raids

  • All mentioned Pokémon are shiny eligible apart from four: Solgaleo, Lunala, Incarnate Forme Enamorus and Therian Forme Enamorus.
  • Mewtwo is notably absent, but don't worry: it'll show up as part of Mega Mewtwo raids on Saturday and Sunday.
  • All Pokémon caught in five-star raids, Primal Raids and Mega Raids have a chance of having a Special Background. Remember, it's only a chance you’ll receive them; good luck getting both a shiny and a background on your desired Pokémon this week. (And if you get one with poor stats after that, well, that’s what Hyper Training is for.)
  • Certain Pokémon may learn Adventure Effects: Kyurem's is Glaciate, Origin Forme Palkia's is Spacial Rend, and Origin Forme Dialga's is Roar of Time.
  • If you don't get Spacial Rend or Roar of Time, you can always Elite TM them until the end of Pokémon Go Fest: Global on Sunday night.
  • Almost everything will also appear in a raid hour this week - see the following section for timings and specifics.
