What's changed in the new Pokémon Champions M-4 season?

Season M-4 marks a number of changes in Pokémon Champions.

After last season introduced a new Regulation and a mobile release, M-4's additions are a little more modest. There's the same Regulation as last time, and no changes to the Pokémon Champions roster. Instead, it's more about a refreshed Battle Pass with new cosmetics and rewards, as well as the usual rank reset.
